Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between and any customer wishing to use the services offered on the platform.

Up2Victory offers the following services:

• Creation and customization of interactive prize wheels
• Collection of Google and TripAdvisor reviews through gamification
• Generation of QR codes and promotional flyers
• Player and prize management
• Newsletter and communication tools
• Dashboards and statistics

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in euros including tax. Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe.

The subscription is annual. Payment is made in a single installment at the time of subscription. There is no automatic renewal.

In case of plan change, the pro-rata is calculated automatically and applied to the next payment.

Article 4 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

Article 5 - Cancellation

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their client dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Article 6 - Liability

All elements of the Up2Victory platform (text, images, logos, software) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of . Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 8 - Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
